Eloise Randolph is a local Southport artist. Her fine impressionist works are primarily in oil paint, but you will see other media including watercolor, pastel, and acrylics. Her joy is to painting subject matter that brings out emotions in her because of its bold colors, shapes, and mood it portrays, and then relating it to the viewer.
